This is an easy, mess free way to create natural wood smoke when using BBQs, electric or gas grills and smokers. Simply remove the side label and top sticker to expose the prepunched hole, and place on the coals about 5 minutes before grilling. Smoke will then escape through the hole as shown on the packaging. The can is about the size of a tuna can, and will produce smoke for up to an hour. It can be reused as it will stop smokng when removed from the heat.
In this pack, you will recieve three cans of different flavours - Alder, Apple and Hickory. Alder is best for smoking fish, chicken and vegetables; Apple for pork and poultry (and beef according to the packaging!)and Hickory for red meats such as beef.
