These aromatic alder and cedar smoking planks create a fantastic smoked flavour when used on your outdoor barbecue or smoker. The planks allow seafood, meat, chicken or vegetables to roast slowly whilst basting in their own juices. No additional fats or oils are needed as the moisture from the planks keeps the food juicy with minimal nutrient loss. The planks should be soaked for a minimum of 30 minutes to prevent them igniting and they can be used up to three times. Pack contains 2 cedar and 2 alder planks.
